“The case studies and examples, I also thought that it was really good that Peter started session 2 with a review of learning from day 1. I also really liked it that he went back over a point of confusion from day 1 to clarify and gave some really useful examples to check understanding. He was very thorough in making sure we all understood what was being said. He was very friendly and open and made everyone feel heard and at ease I thought.”
